GOOD NEWS -- The winners of the Hagerty Fantasy Bid have been named.

[Sunday 5:15 pm ET]

GREAT MOMENT -- A heartfelt plea to help troubled veterans suffering from the psychological effects of war, along with the generous bidders in the tent, just helped raise $500,000 for the Armed Forces Foundation with the sale of a custom-built 1969 Ford Bronco. That’s the high sale for Sunday’s auction so far.

[Sunday 5:00 pm ET]

LUMINOUS LUMINA -- A piece of NASCAR history, this 1993 Chevrolet Lumina race car that was driven by the late great Dale Earnhardt went to a new home for $110,000.

[Sunday 4:40 pm ET]

For high-flying bidders, this 2013 Cessna Turbo Skylane airplane that sold for a high-for-Sunday bid of $445,000, plus fee, comes complete with flying lessons.

[Sunday 4:30 pm ET]

SHELBY ROARS: A great-looking 1968 Shelby GT500 KR painted the factory color of Candy Apple Red and one of the last Shelby Mustangs built is the highest non-charity car sale, at $132,000 with bidder fee.

Next on the docket was the 2010 Ford Mustang GT custom fastback, which hit $100,000 to benefit the Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer. The Stang was designed by Steve Carpenter of Galpin Auto Sports.

[Sunday 3:50 pm ET]

BIG CHARITY SALES: The first two cars to cross into six figures today were charity sales for worthy causes. First up was the custom 2013 Chevy Camaro ZL1 convertible that raised $150,000 for Achilles International, which provides athletic opportunities for people with disabilities, including wounded veterans.

On another note, auction chairman Craig Jackson announced that Barrett-Jackson has a new summer venue, establishing an August auction in Reno, Nev., in conjunction with the big Hot August Nights events. The new auction replaces the Orange County event this year.

[Sunday 2:20 pm ET]

BACK AGAIN: Final day for a truly wild Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale, what with all the craziness yesterday over the Batmobile, which if you didn't know by now, hammered sold at $4.2 million, plus 10 percent bidder fee. George Barris had quite an evening. More than $50 million worth of collector cars sold Saturday during the Scottsdale auction's premier day, and more than $100 million worth have been sold over the first five days of bidding, way ahead of last year. Both figures include the bidder fees. Depending on what happens today, the 2013 auction could become the top Barrett-Jackson total ever.
