The biggest aftermarket and custom show of the year, the Specialty Equipment Market Association show in Las Vegas that’s better-known simply as SEMA, has about 2,000 exhibitors ranging from major auto companies to small custom shops.

This week’s show at the Las Vegas convention center has about 27 miles of aisles, but it’s essentially open only to automotive-trades people and the media.

SPEED’s own Mark Mitchell is on the scene to photograph the colorful array of custom vehicles and aftermarket goodies. Here are his galleries for the first three days of the show:
