Coker Tire is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Crutchfield to a new position of Vice President Performance Brands. Mike has a 20-year history of service and relationships with many drag racing enthusiasts as he represented and then distributed Firestone, Phoenix and M & H Performance tires. Crutchfield will lead the new division as it strives to provide the best high performance race tires with the absolute best service to amateur, sportsman, and professional drag racers.

"We put together our new Performance Division after acquiring Phoenix Racing tires several months ago and signing up a distribution agreement fof M & H Racing tires, and there was only one man I had in mind to lead this important new divison of our company, and that man is Mike Crutchfield," stated Corky Coker. "Mike's knowledge of the sport, his relationship with the racers and track owners alike puts us in a unique position to propel this business forward rapidly." Already a substantial factor worldwide in collector vehicle tires, these additions should make Coker a key tire supplier in ths sport of drag racing.

"Both of these great racing tires are backed by people who take great pride in providing their customers with the highest quality racing tires possible and they use their decades of expert drag race tire technology," says Crutchfield. "With Coker's creation of our new division, we can invest in the fundamentals that truly will help
these two brands achieve stellar levels of brand awareness, distribution, and ultimately market share within the performance drag racing tire segment".
